About Granny Mel
Driven by her passion for real food, Granny Mel's has been spicing things up in kitchens across Australia since 2008.
A love of food and all things local to the Manning Valley has led Chef Mel, who left Sydney in 2014, to embark on a new journey to make the finest Chilli Sauces the region has to offer. Teamed up with her irrepressible husband, Dan, who takes care of the garden, she has carved out a place in the pantries and hearts of everybody who has met her and her award winning sauces....
