A love of food and all things local to the Manning Valley has led Chef Mel, who left Sydney in 2014, to embark on a new journey to make the finest Chilli Sauces the region has to offer. Teamed up with her irrepressible husband, Dan, who takes care of the garden, she has carved out a place in the pantries and hearts of everybody who has met her and her award winning sauces....
Nestled in the hills west of Taree on the Mid North Coast, NSW, Granny Mel's farm produces 83% of the ingredients used in our products with the remaining ingredient sauced locally and organically.
